A message to Konect Electrical Customers

The Directors and Management are aware and understand the concern caused for many people given the recent updates on the coronavirus outbreak.
As always the safety and security of our customers and staff members remains our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to continue to work safely and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.
For as long as safely possible we will aim to keep our business running and provide services with minimal disruption. Working together will be the key to success and we are taking actions to satisfy and give peace of mind that robust control measures are put in place to control the risk of infection. We will be working with our customers and employees to follow government advice and our staff are briefed daily and instructed to pay attention to the government guidelines.
We would like to make people feel assured that we are currently taking the threat seriously and taking all possible measures to stay safe whilst in our office or on site. Our Staff will be monitored and without prejudice be instructed to self-isolate should they show any symptoms of infection. Our staff have been asked to wash hands regularly and because of this we request that on sites and locations that we are working that there is running water for sanitary cleaning purposes.
As an independent business our plans are to keep operating until advised otherwise our main concern is the safety of our customers and staff whilst we try and support each other through this difficult period.
