||When Managing Spaces & Senator Office Furniture came to us in 2018, the Lancashire based office furniture manufacturer needed a complete electrical, communications networks and lighting fit-out of their premises on the ground and first floor areas, we immediately jumped at the opportunity. This was to include the complete modern face-lift of office space, meeting areas, conference facilities and a new showroom for their products.
Initially, we sent our highly-experienced design engineers and project management team to visit the site. A survey of the premises was carried out to understand the level of work required and working with our client, Managing Spaces Ltd, we were able to agree the design and scope of works required for the complete face-lift. Working closely with the principle contractor, our project management, design engineers, electrical and communications cabling installations teams were able to bring the project together in consideration of British Standards and health and safety regulations. The final result is a premium working environment, providing well-being for staff, and a fantastic area to showcase Senator’s high quality office furniture and high spec products, designed to stand the test of time and enhance the new Senator brand and corporate image.
